Fitted with a 250W motor by default, the Elysium Relay 500W is your introduction to the beautiful countryside paths. However, the ritual of adventure often calls for more, and we heed that call. CycloTricity offers the opportunity to expand the ceiling of power to a breathtaking 500W, letting you face the thrilling challenges of off-road terrain with exclusive mastery.
Intuitively designed controls, superb suspension, and a battery that stands loyal through long journeys convene under the banner of the Elysium Relay 500W to promise not just a bike ride, but an epic ride into the horizon of thrilling adventures.
Assembly
Most Bikes arrive 95% ready to ride (within mainland UK) with just the need to straighten the handlebars and fit the pedals. To do this only a minimal amount of tools are required, these will generally be a 15mm spanner and a set of Allen keys.
Returns
1. Return Period:
Customers have the right to return their purchased items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
2. Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the product must be:
- Clean, in perfect condition with no visible signs of wear or damage.
- Have all tags and peripherals intact and in their original state.
- Be in its original packaging.
Please note that shipping costs for any returns are not covered by CycloTricity or Watt Wheelz. However, we can arrange for our courier to collect the item for a fee upon request.
3. Exchanges:
If you decide to exchange a product instead of returning it for a refund, CycloTricity will cover the shipping costs associated with delivering the new product to you.
4. Damaged Goods:
In the event of damaged goods, we reserve the right to apply salvage costs at our discretion.
5. Warranty Policy:
After the 30-day return period, any faults with the product will be managed through our warranty policy.

Disclaimer
All Electric Bikes that have a power output of more than 250W are all restricted by Cyclotricity. They come preset in the road legal restricted 250W mode. If you require the de-restricted mode to unleash the full power you must understand that the bike will not be road legal and must only be used on private land. Once you are ready to go back the road you can switch the bike back into restricted mode.

Classed as a Powered Transporter, this mountain e-bike is officially and legally intended for off-road use only. Please find more about these specific regulations here. In the spirit of responsible riding, we require customers wishing to upgrade their bike's power output to sign a disclaimer confirming their understanding and acceptance of the terms of use, safety precautions and regulatory requirements.
Order Confirmation
We will pre-authorize your card when you place your order, but there will be no charges made to your card. We will then get in touch with the supplier if your bike is coming directly from them to make sure they can ship it to you right away. Once verified, your order will be shipped and the payment will be processed. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Delivery will vary depending on which delivery option you choose Please see the Delivery and Returns page for more information. Once your order has been placed and we have confirmation the item you request is in stock, we will take payment from your preferred payment method and dispatch your item within 2-15 days depending on the delivery service or manufacturer. Please We'll send you an e-mail to confirm the item has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds will vary between different manufacturers. Please consult the Delivery and Returns page of the item you wish to purchase for the relevant returns and refunds information. Refunds should be received by the customer within two weeks of us receiving the item under the assumption the condition of the product is satisfactory.
Unwanted items
We will require you to inform us of the order number you received for us upon purchase and reason for the return of the item. If you wish to return the item as unwanted then it must be unused, in the original packaging and in the condition you received the item. If we receive an item with missing parts or the item is damaged in any way, including packaging, we will hold the customer responsible and a charge will be made for the reduction in value. In this case you are responsible for the item until it reaches the manufacturer so we would suggest using a secure method of delivery, for example a signed delivery. The customer is also responsible for any delivery charges incurred in the return of an unwanted item.
Faulty items
If the item you have purchased is faulty then you can return it for repair within the warranty period. This returns policy does not cover faults resulting from misuse of the item. If an item that has been returned has no manufacturing faults after testing then it is the customers responsibility to pay for any delivery or return. If we have used a courier to collect the item then the cost of the couriers services will be deducted from any refund.
Wrong item
If the unlikely event occurs where we send you the wrong item, any delivery and return costs incurred shall be at our expense. Once the manufacturer has received the item, a replacement item will be dispatched.
Damaged items
Please thoroughly check all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept any damaged items. If you do discover any damage to an item please ensure you send us clear photos of the damaged item or items to info@wattwheelz.co.uk.
