The Oxford spells everything you want and need from a reliable folding electric bicycle. Practicality at the forefront, followed closely by comfort and versatility.
The Oxford adopts a swooping low-step frame, extensive handlebar and saddle adjustment to not only ensure rider versatility but also allow every rider to find their prefect riding stance, which is essential for commutes and lengthy adventures.
Sitting within the rear wheel of the bike is a punchy 250w motor, which is powered by the rack integrated Li-ion battery. Available in a 8.8Ah or 14Ah to appeal to city commuters and rural adventurists alike! Power assistance mode and battery life can be monitored and altered using the handy LCD handlebar mounted display.
To further refine your ride. Dallingridge have included a 6 speed Shimano gearing system with Revoshift indexing. Find that harmonious combination between your gearing and power assistance to find that efficient sweet spot! Supported by mechanical disc brakes front and rear, with a few handy goodies in the form of full mudguards, a kickstand and a rear luggage rack.

Delivery
All Dallingridge electric bikes are built and boxed before dispatch. Items should be delivered within 4-5 days.
Returns
Our return policy is 14 days for a bike that is unwanted. We can arrange a collection from you for a fee within the return window. The collection charge will be £49.99.
We need the bike to be complete, undamaged and in as new sellable condition. The bike will also need to be packaged and boxed.
If the bike you are returning does not meet this criteria then you may be charged for the damage meaning you will not receive a full refund.
Order Confirmation
We will pre-authorize your card when you place your order, but there will be no charges made to your card. We will then get in touch with the supplier if your bike is coming directly from them to make sure they can ship it to you right away. Once verified, your order will be shipped and the payment will be processed. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you to let you know.
Order Delivery
Delivery will vary depending on which delivery option you choose Please see the Delivery and Returns page for more information. Once your order has been placed and we have confirmation the item you request is in stock, we will take payment from your preferred payment method and dispatch your item within 2-15 days depending on the delivery service or manufacturer. Please We'll send you an e-mail to confirm the item has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds will vary between different manufacturers. Please consult the Delivery and Returns page of the item you wish to purchase for the relevant returns and refunds information. Refunds should be received by the customer within two weeks of us receiving the item under the assumption the condition of the product is satisfactory.
Unwanted items
We will require you to inform us of the order number you received for us upon purchase and reason for the return of the item. If you wish to return the item as unwanted then it must be unused, in the original packaging and in the condition you received the item. If we receive an item with missing parts or the item is damaged in any way, including packaging, we will hold the customer responsible and a charge will be made for the reduction in value. In this case you are responsible for the item until it reaches the manufacturer so we would suggest using a secure method of delivery, for example a signed delivery. The customer is also responsible for any delivery charges incurred in the return of an unwanted item.
Faulty items
If the item you have purchased is faulty then you can return it for repair within the warranty period. This returns policy does not cover faults resulting from misuse of the item. If an item that has been returned has no manufacturing faults after testing then it is the customers responsibility to pay for any delivery or return. If we have used a courier to collect the item then the cost of the couriers services will be deducted from any refund.
Wrong item
If the unlikely event occurs where we send you the wrong item, any delivery and return costs incurred shall be at our expense. Once the manufacturer has received the item, a replacement item will be dispatched.
Damaged items
Please thoroughly check all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept any damaged items. If you do discover any damage to an item please ensure you send us clear photos of the damaged item or items to info@wattwheelz.co.uk.
